• $38 covers the cost of an exercise session for a veteran

• $50 covers the cost of psychological first aid training for a member of the TKM peer support community

• $211 funds a counselling session 

• $333 funds 3 sessions of counselling 

• $1800 covers the cost of an annual Jujitsu membership for a veteran, defense force personnel or emergency responder.
