So we've colour coded these numbers for easy reference. If you've a question or support that is non-urgent, give us a call and we'll get back to you. We're checking in daily, so response could be 24-48 hours before someone gets back to you.
For stuff that is more urgent but isnt suicide crisis, please use the amber 0800 number. You'll get through to Lifeline NZ who'll be able to work with you for any problem, confidentially.
In cases of extreme urgency with risk to life please call the suicide help line in red or alternatively 111.
